Mentorship and Growth for New Faculty

The RCS Mentorship and Growth Program focuses on ensuring that faculty and staff who are new to RCS feel supported during their introduction to the school and its culture. New teachers and staff are grouped in cohorts that act as collaborative teams. Within each cohort, teachers and staff work together and also with other members of their academic or staff teams to ensure each new teacher and staff member feels welcome and that their personal and professional growth is enhanced. Throughout the first year, cohort members meet with one another and the director to ensure each employee has opportunities to learn and grow as a leader and a team member.
