Rippowam Cisqua School is committed to environmental sustainability and conservation in all aspects of school life. As we work to protect the environment, we are also creating a sustainable social and economic community.

    reduced our kWh consumption by 75%.

  • Rocket composting

    kept 180 tons of food waste from landfills.

  • Solar array

    saved 58,000 pounds of CO2 emissions (equals 1,450 trees).

  • Water conservation

    saved 62 million gallons of water.

  • Water coolers

    saved 52,000 plastic bottles.

  • We donated

    21 pounds of produce from our garden.
